Return Policy

When your
new product arrives you have 10 days to inspect it for any
defects or damage. If there are any defects or damage, the
manufacturer will repair it at no cost to you, or replace it at the
manufacturers option. The item to be returned must be in new condition,
with original packaging, instructions, and warranty material.

If the
product is delivered and there are no defects in materials or
workmanship, but you don't like it for any reason, you have 10 days
following delivery to return it. Simply call our customer service number
at 888-302-2774 and let us know what it is you want to
return. We will send you a Return Authorization Release Form by
either fax or email. Upon the return of your signed form we
will issue a Return Authorization Number.

You the
customer are responsible for packaging and shipping the product to us.
If you do not have the original box one may be purchased, from us, at
the cost of the box plus shipping. Once received at the manufacturers
facility in like new condition, we will refund your purchase price of
the product, less a 20% restocking fee and $100.00 for the original
outbound freight charges.
Cancellation Policy *
* There is a $100.00 freight charge on all
orders, cancelled, that have already left the warehouse.
Regarding all E Ramp Scooter Lifts and Carriers.
When your new product arrives you have 10 days to inspect it for

your new lift the we will arrange to have the manufacturer repair it at
no cost to you or replace it with a new lift for no additional charge,
at the manufacturer's option. If the correct lift is delivered and there
are no defects in materials or workmanship but you just don't like it,
for any reason, you have 10 days following delivery to return it or
exchange it for a different model. Simply call our customer service
number at 888-302-2774, let us know you want to return
the lift, and we will issue a return authorization number.
You will be responsible for re-packaging the lift in it's original box
with it's original packing materials. You will also need to arrange for
its return shipment. Once the lift is received and accepted by the
manufacturer, we will refund your original purchase price less a 20%
restocking fee and the outbound freight charges.

Making A Purchase
Making
a purchase could not be easier. Click on "Order" and
you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy
the order. We accept
Visa, Mastercard, or Discover credit card payment.
You may give us your credit card information
by phone, or the Internet.
From outside North
America, we accept bank wires, and there is a $20.00 [ U.S.] bank fee.
We will e-mail you the exact amount due including shipping and the bank fee.
We ship upon receipt of the funds.

Shipping And Handling
The
price of the carriers usually include shipping [ domestic ground ]. If
not, it will be plainly stated and you will be given exact shipping
charges prior to any purchase.
Shipping will be no signature required, unless requested expressly by
the purchaser by e-mail or in writing. Shipping Damage - Inspect all packages for damage (in the
drivers presence if possible), immediately upon receipt. Have the driver
note any damages on the shipping documents before signing for them. If
undetected damage is discovered after the driver has gone, notify the
carrier immediately so that they may inspect the package. Be sure to

Delivery Schedule
We
will normally send your order to you within 24 hours right from the
factory.
Custom units ship when they are completed and can take up to 3 weeks to
ship. They usually ship sooner but as we rely on the manufacturers for
these products, it can take up to 3 weeks to ship.
Return Policy
Motorcyclecarrier.net will allow a return on products that are in new condition
and are in the original packaging for 30 days from date of delivery
except custom mobility products or custom motorcycle products.
"New condition" means that the product has not been used. Customers must
call 888 572-7959 for a Return Authorization (RA) BEFORE shipping the product back to
us. Out bound and Return shipping
and insurance charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Any
merchandise returned without a RA or any merchandise returned freight
collect is subject to be refused.
All returned merchandise is subject to
a 25% restocking fee. Any actual shipping cost incurred by Motorcyclecarrier.net in
the original delivery of the merchandise to the customer,
included as part of the original total purchase price , return freight, and damages to
carrier will also be deducted from refunds.
If we pack and/or ship your order and
for some reason you refuse it, restocking, handling and shipping charges
will still apply. Please order carefully. You will need to contact a
representative at 888-572-7959 in order to request a Return Merchandise
Authorization number and the address to send returns to.

Tax Charges
For
orders made in Florida, a 6% sales tax is added.

Credit Card Security
We
know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping
system over the Internet. As we call every customer, before we process
the order, we
can take your credit card information at that time, if you prefer.

Guarantee
The Add A Bike motorcycle carriers carry a lifetime
warranty on materials and workmanship. Products that fail
within this period will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Operation of
the products contrary to their intended
use is considered abuse and is not covered by warranty. If warranted repair requires only the replacement of a part, and customer is
comfortable with replacing the part themselves, we will ship the
part to the customer. If warranted repair requires more than simple part
replacement, the product would need to be returned to us for
warranty service. It is the customer's responsibility to return the
product to us for warranty service, however, we will pay
for return shipping back to the customer upon completion of warranted repair.
